Garry was a Chef at Prudhoe Golf Club
He lived at Prudhoe, Northumberland with his family
Garry has 1 Sister Vicki and 1 Brother Mark, 1 Brother in law David and 1 Nephew Matthew and now sister in law Gemma.Garry now has 2 new nephews Finley Garry and Ethan James
Garry died from sudden unexpeced death in epilepsy. Garry had his first seizure at the age of 17 and over the four years of having epilepsy they gradually got worse. No one told us that it was possible to die suddenly from epilepsy and we later found out that Garry had fallen into so many of the risk factors. Garry was a very loving son who thought everything of his family not just his immediate family but grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins and especially nephew Matthew. Garry also loved our 2 dogs Fletcher and Keira and enjoyed looking after them.
He was a keen Newcastle United fan and his favourite player was Shay Given. He was also a keen golfer and when he got the job as Chef at Prudhoe Golf Club he was able to combine his passion for cooking with enjoyment of golf
Garry has been a huge loss to all the family and everyone who knew him.
It is now nearly a year since we saw Garry but it feels like only yesterday. His presence is still all around the house.
Garry is our first thought when we wake and our last thought before we sleep.
Garry we miss you so much and hope you are in a better place and that we will be with you again one day.

just to say your not alone.I know so well how you feel,i too lost my son Ronnie & he to loved to play golf.Its so sad to think that the dr.did,nt warn you about your sons condition.I too understand that as we have some-one with epilepsy & they only started at 17..thinking of you all & your special angel.R.I.P.

so sorry for your loss i lost my son alan 7months ago and know how your feeling life will never be the same without our sons.we can comfort ourselves that they are no longer in pain and will meet again one day
